·         My name is Omar Efren Cortes.

·         I am a SENA trainee of MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY AGROEMPRESARIAL.




Currently I am an entrepreneur I have my own business in the countryside. I sell berries and tropical fruits.

My attitudes have to be focused on the development and growth of my work, my studies, my family, and my community.

I must have a positive attitude as I could be a team leader and I should set an example.

 

I must be motivating, responsible and committed to my daily roles.

I should study a little more as there are challenges and new changes on a daily basis.

 

I have beliefs and thoughts like my grandparents. They thought that the countryside and nature should be cared for and respected because they provide us with food and protection.

 

In my work and in my personal life I must be honest, I must have ethics.

These beliefs should allow me to act with integrity and with environmental and social awareness.

 

Some of my obligations to myself and to my community could be:

I must respect the nature and gave me the vibe.

I mustn’t pollute my surroundings with debris

I shouldn’t eat so much Junk Food

I should be more supportive of my community

I should finish my studies so that I could bring a lot of benefits to my community.
